What printer settings should I use when printing my results?
Choose the Landscape setting. Use the Courier or Courier New font. Set the font size to 8pt.
How do I get my grades into D2L?
First you'll need to download your D2L Gradebook. From the "My Grades" menu, select the semester for your course. Once you have your D2L Gradebook, follow these instructions to get the grades into D2L.
Are previous grades available?
Each account will have a 'Current Results' section where the most recent results from the Scoring Office can be found. If we have run more than one job for an account in a semester, look in the 'Previous Results' section to see past results.
Who can view the grades?
We only give access to download the grade to the NetID we have on file.
Why don't I see all of the students when I view my D2L Gradebook file?
Sometimes mistakes are made when filling out bubble sheets. If a student didn't enter their information correctly it won't match up with the information in our systems. Use the 'View Errors' link for your D2L Gradebook to see entries that we were unable to match with student IDs.
Why isn't there a D2L Gradebook listed for my account?
It takes a bit of extra work to create the D2L Gradebook file. We're happy to make one for you, but we won't unless you ask for it. So please let us know if you need one and we'll be happy to make it available. This page has the Scoring Office contact info, give us a call.
